Refund policy
Review the cancellation, refund eligibility, and billing dispute policy for future PlayerIntel Labs paid plans.
Last updated May 31, 2026PlayerIntel Labs may introduce paid subscriptions, usage-based plans, or one-time digital services. This policy describes the intended approach to cancellations, refund requests, and billing concerns for those services.
Digital service nature
PlayerIntel Labs provides digital analytics and generated market intelligence. Because digital services may be delivered or consumed immediately, refunds are not guaranteed after a report, subscription benefit, or paid usage allocation has been used.
Subscription handling
Paid subscriptions, if introduced, will renew according to the billing interval presented at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Pricing, included usage, taxes, and renewal timing should be disclosed during purchase.
Cancellation process
You may cancel a future subscription through the account billing area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You should retain access through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material service failures that prevent meaningful use. Requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant charge.
Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Include the account email, transaction date, charged amount, and a description of the issue.
